A: Unfortunately, most insurance companies do not cover our services. If your insurance company does cover nutritionists, health coaches or functional health care then we will be happy to provide you with itemized billing for our services so that you may submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement.
A: Yes, we do accept these cards. However, many of these cards have different rules and we can't guarantee that they will cover our services. For example, you may be required to get a referral from your physician stating a need for our services prior to using your card with us. It is always best to call and find out about your coverage before using your card. If you have questions about this please reach out to us for more information.
A: Yes, we offer payment plans for most of our programs through PayPal (options vary depending on which program you are enrolled in). We also offer payment plans through Advance Care Card. Once you are approved, Advance Care offers 0% interest financing for up to 15-18 months for medical expenses and we are an approved provider. A: Yes. We conduct consultations and sessions by video and phone. This enables us to work with clients who are located all over the country (USA).
