-2T Chia Seeds
-1/2 C Milk of Choice: Almond, Cashew, Coconut...
-Sweetener of Choice: Honey, Maple Syrup, Stevia
1. Combine chia seeds and milk mix well.
2. Add in sweetener, mix well.
3. Let sit for 10-15 mins and stir again making sure there aren't any clumps.
4. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours or overnight.
5. Add toppings of choice and enjoy!
Topping ideas: fruit, blended fruit, nuts, seeds, nut butter, greek yogurt, vanilla extract, protein powder, cocoa powder, coconut, spices...
